The event we have all been waiting for is just around the corner...
On June 6th, ISN-R is hosting its fourth annual Leiden Cultural Festival.
Embrace the World with ISN-R and your fellow international students!
The festivities will include experiencing other cultures at the country booths, tasting international cuisine, learning important new skills at our workshops, and enjoying foreign customs by watching all of the great performances.
We promise 7 hours of lots and lots of FUN!
Program of the Day:
14.00 - 18.00 Country Booths Tour
Visit China, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kenya, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Suriname, the Netherlands, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Greece, Cyprus, Syria and others in just one day.
14.00 - 18.00 International Workshops
Learn Chinese Calligraphy, Dutch and German Traditional Games, Kenyan Hair Braiding, Indian Yoga, Greek traditional folk dancing and many others.
15.30 - 16.00 Fashion Show
Examine the traditional outfits of the world and motivate youself to diversify your style
18.00 - 18.30 Opening Ceremony
19.00 - 20.30 Cultural Performances
Enjoy the traditions of Iran, China, Venezuela, U.S.A., Pakistan, Indonesia, Russia, India and other surprise entertainment.
20.30 - 21.00 Closing Ceremony
